Washington Theological Consortium and American University Students and Faculty

The library at Wesley Theological Seminary is proud of our relationships with American University and the members of the Washington Theological Consortium. Students and faculty of these institutions are welcome at the library and are eligible to borrow books while they are currently affiliated with our partner schools.

Eligibility for Services

Current students and faculty of WTC schools must present a valid school ID and a Consortium Borrowing Form (available from your home library or from the WTC website and signed by your home institution) in order to obtain, renew, or use borrowing privileges. These privileges must be renewed on a semester basis.

Summary of Privileges

Students from consortium schools may borrow up to 25 items for 28 days. Faculty may borrow up to 25 items items for the duration of the current semester. For more information about library privileges, see the Library Handbook.

Current students, faculty, and staff of American University must present a valid AU ID in order to obtain, renew, or use borrowing privileges. These privileges must be renewed on a semester basis.
