Cesar, an international student from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is pursuing his Master of Theological Studies. He is an ordained Deacon within the West Congo Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. Cesar is the founder of Association pour le Development et Appliance aux Orphelins, Veuves et Demunis (The Association for the Development and Support of Orphans, Widows, and Marginalized People), an organization dedicated to supporting, training, and educating orphans, widows, and marginalized people
